How We Work
We have ownership charters rather than job descriptions. Our hierarchy is outcomes supporting outcomes, rather than people managing people.
The leadership team defines the outcomes required to achieve company goals. Those outcomes are structured intentionally, creating a clear chain that shows how everything connects and why it matters.
Every outcome has one owner, fully responsible for the result. You decide how it gets done by pulling in the people, tools, and context you need. Anyone working on that outcome follows your direction. You're trusted to execute.
